Companies have to know how to use innovative workflow solutions to the maximum benefit of the business, particularly as economic constraint impacts operations.  To empower decision makers, Dac Systems, a national specialist services provider focused on turnkey implementation of leading edge industry solutions, using its industry partner Nintex’ products, have launched the Workflow Primer offering.

Workflow Primer provides organizations with the ability to implement and get trained on Nintex products, with no initial upfront investment.

As part of the offering, Dac Systems has announced that it will implement Nintex Workflow offerings on a client’s existing SharePoint environment, with no commitment required for 30 days.

The company will invest a full day of free installation and training, and will not bill for any time spent.

“Our objective is to offer clients the opportunity to ‘try out’ the technology, get a feel for it and evaluate the product and its performance within their SharePoint environments. This is also to confirm skill levels and what else may be required. Our commitment is a 30-day no-risk offering to showcase what the technologies are capable of,” explains Aldo van Tonder, Solutions Executive, Dac Systems.

“During this engagement we also meet regularly to track the progress of this at no additional cost and so far our customers have been ecstatic around the potential ROI. One of our potential customers recently stated ‘for me this is pretty logical to use anyway as I am used to much more complicated ways of achieving the same thing so this is a walk in the park’.”

Nintex is an established international SharePoint Workflow company. Its core focus is to deliver innovative software and cloud services that empower organisations to automate business processes, quickly and easily.

The company’s product portfolio includes Nintex Workflow for SharePoint, Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflow for Project Server, and Nintex Live.

These products are designed to help customers add value and build solutions on Microsoft SharePoint technologies.

“Taking these world class products and combining it with our rapid deployment approach and unique training methods has made this yet another offering of our governance and productivity solutions layers,” says van Tonder.

“Workflow optimisation and strategic development of business processes’ core infrastructure will be crucial differentiators in the market going forward,” says van Tonder. “Our aim is to add value from the outset by eliminating the worry of cost for training and resource allocation for the client, and by offering a free ‘test’ or simulation of the technology within a specific environment.”

Management from both Dac Systems and Nintex share the view that Microsoft SharePoint technology will increase in relevance in the year ahead, particularly as organisations adapt to cope with demands on systems.
