In addition to highly-accurate maps, Telmap users can now access other TomTom content, including Points of Interest, Junction Views, 3D City Maps and Voice Maps. This enables Telmap to add new functionality to its products and services, which means users of Telmap’s apps will benefit from better routing and improved visuals.

In a similar move, TomTom also said it will be extendingits longstanding partnership with leading PND supplier MiTAC International Corporation. TomTom will provide MiTAC with a range of world-class navigational services for use in all of the PND brands it owns such as Mio, Navman and Magellan.
PNDs from MiTAC brands will continue to be powered by TomTom maps and associated location content. This includes navigable map data for over 100 countries, Points of Interest, 3D Landmarks and Voice Maps among other products.
