The Kenya School Report (KSR) is a web-based resource for parents and students on where to get an education in Kenya. The portal aims at giving info to students, teachers, parents, school administrators and the entire community on the happenings in the education sector.
Founded February 2011 in Nairobi, KSR’s online directory has over 70,000 Kenyan public and private schools with news, events and resources on site.

Teachers also have access to KSR’s job boards helping teachers apply for local and international teaching jobs in both primary, secondary, nursery and tertiary levels. KSR also help teachers develop their capacity by accessing educational materials online and from their connections at no cost.
The list of free resources for students, teachers, parents and school administrators also includes free online courses for all levels, scholarship opportunities, professional development tools and resources and general education information.
Parents can also use the platform to choose schools, get funding for their kids educations via scholarships. KSR adds that they also offer important technology services to the education community, including help with website development, e-learning systems, school and classroom technology and technology training.
The comprehensive online school data base has profiles of schools from ECD to Higher Education in Kenya and has also rated over 1,000 institutions to promote 21st Century learning and help parents, students and teachers be a success at academics.
