Cape Town based 22seven has launched its iPhone app in a move to make financial management mobile.
22seven, wholly acquired by Old Mutual, a long-term savings, protection and investment group announced, “Our iPhone app is out.Which means you can use 22seven any time, any place.”
The iPhone app will not just make money management mobile as according to the firm, “The real value isn’t just in where you use the app. It’s in how. At the supermarket, find out if your money’s tight or safe to spend. At a restaurant, see if you’ve spent more or less than you planned to on eating out. With 22seven in your pocket, you can make better money decisions, more often.”
Users of the firm’s version 1 of the 22seven iPhone app need to sign up and link accounts to their laptop or PC then head to Apple Store to download the app.
The Android app is in the works and the firm announced it will launch it soon. “If you use Android, we’re working on it,” 22seven announced.
