U Film It connects marketers, businesses and organizations to an online community comprising of video makers, graphic designers and creative thinkers.
Founded in 2011, U Film It aims at generating user awareness through online user-generated video contests. The videos create a positive consumer association for firms as they launch new products or services, or simply in generating greater audience awareness by offering tangible rewards for their participation.
Last year U Film It ran a contest to allow Kenyans use videos to spread peace messages by simply recording a short video of not more than 3 minutes of their peace message and what their take on peace is.
