Must Have: Asus Taichi Two In One-Notebook & Tablet

taichiTablet’s are good whenever you are on the move, you can log in and do any work there is or just dig into the social media world.

But often times you realize working on a tablet especially if you are a graphic or web design, video or photographer editor or even for a blogger on the go is a little cumbersome.

The Solution

But there is a solution to that. Last week we came across the ASUS TAICHI at Bj’s Electronic Store in Nairobi and we think the machine solves this problem.

Here is why!

Asus Taichi has an awesome combination of notebook and tablet. A user can therefore use it as a notebook with a full size qwerty keyboard and multi-touch keypad as a mouse or use the upper part as tablet with full multi-touch capabilities.

The non-detachable Asus Taichi has double-sided Full HD IPS display. The screens can work independently or used at the same time, in case you have a colleague and you want to watch the same movie or with a client and you want them to follow your presentation without shifting from their seat.

Notebook, Tablet & Dual Use

The Notebook PC mode uses 11.6” or 13.3” full HD screen.

If you prefer the tablet mode, you just close Notebook’s lid and there you go with your tablet with 11.6” or 13.3” Full HD display.  You can then choose to use a stylus or the tablet’s 10-point capacitive multi-touch display. Its display size and the built-in motion sensor make it good for gaming or watch  YouTube movies via Wi-Fi.

The Advantage

The Asus Taichi’s Mirror mode gives the user two back-to-back screen displaying the same image so demonstrating a product to a client makes it easier. Users can also utilise the Dual Screen mode and share the computer, each doing their own work on their own screens without interference to the other. You can pick a Taichi 21′ or Taichi 31′
