With population of over 168 million and fast growing internet penetration, Nigeria has the potential to be a lucrative e-commerce market, as the sector is growing at rate of about 25 percent every year.

The online shopping portal has tied up with Aramex for logistics and distribution services, Skye Bank for online payment processing and has also set-up a dedicated call centre for customer service and support.

Along with online presence, 21stCenturyMart will also have Customer Experience Centre’s spread across Nigeria where customers can look, touch and feel products before buying.

21stCenturyMart will also launch native mobile apps, enabling users to shop online from their mobile devices.
