KENYANS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT OVULATION STRESS AND NUTRITION.

At least according to Google’s Zeitgeist report- annual look at collective eyes of the world on web, Kenyans search on ovulation, love and kiss have topped the list.

Kenya Television News’s (KTN) Jicho pevu an investigative show emerged top among searches since presenters Mohamed Ali and John Alan Namu go out of their way to get to the bottom of issues affecting Kenyans socially, politically and even economically.

Unlike last year’s abortion that topped Kenya’s top searched health topics, ovulation, stress and nutrition have been on the rise Cancer and HIV/AIDS remaining top ten queries on Google search.

Emmy Kosgei among paul walker late Ruhila Adatia was also ranked top ten searched people, her wedding also appearing among the top ten trending events in it also being IEBC results and Westgate attack.

In the politics category, Kenyans searched on devolution which showed how interested they are on the new system of governance, IEBC also ranked top in the politics category following the march 4th election showing its significance to the state. Issues on policy, democracy, revolution, obamacare, security, nomination, Biometric voter Registration (BVR) and county also appeared under politics category.

Apart from local productions Jicho pevu and Tujuane appearing  among the top trending TV programmes, telenovelas graced the list with a search of Abyss of Passion, Amor Bravio, Punar Vivah and La Fuerza del Destino this showed the great love for soap operas among Kenyans.

Among exciting searches were “Kidero slaps shebesh”, Mike Mbuvi Sonko was among the top searched people and this being for the wrong reasons in politics and social circles.
