Facebook Buys Indian Startup Little Eye Labs

FACEBOOKWith no terms of the deal disclosed, Facebook has acquired Little Eye Labs having been the social networks first time to buy a company in the state.

The company officially launched its tool Little Eye Labs for android which analyzes and optimizes Android application performance for developers in April and it plans on using its optimization tools to help improve Facebook’s already awesome apps.”

The firm founded by a group of program analysis geeks in Bangalore, India in 2012 builds mobile app analysis tools for app developers and testers, the tools provide detailed insights about the behavior of the app, enabling easy bench marking and optimization of resources.

Even after the merge and now situated at Facebook’s Menlo Park, Calif headquarters, Little Eye Labs has promised to inform current customers soon on its plans to offer its optimization platform free until June 30.
