Airtel Kenya Employees Graduate From Mentorship Programme

Airtel Kenya has today announced the graduation of 23 employees in leadership skills from the company’s in-house mentorship programme.

The program took employees through various professional training modules suitable for their respective positions and personal development. The program, carried out under Airtel Functional training program, is key in improving staff engagement and the capability development.

Speaking during the graduation ceremony that was held at a Nairobi Hotel, Airtel Kenya managing director Adil El Youssefi emphasized the importance of the program and the impact it has had on the personal skills and leadership development of the employees. He added that the program plays and important role in the development of individual management skills geared towards the improvement of our capacity to deliver best in class customer experience through innovation and differentiation in the increasingly dynamic and competitive marketplace in Kenya.
