CEO Weekends: MTN’s ‘Yako ni Yako’ Service a life changer.

Having operated in Zambia for close to ten years now, MTN has rolled out promotions from time to time in a bid to develop products and services that inspire positive development in its customers’ lives as a way of giving back to the community.

MTN has grown over the years having wide reach and in return, has done its best to reach out to the community by having them participate in the ‘yako ni yako’ promotion that has been running in the country that has seen 13,000 MTN customers across the country win various prizes in form of MTN talk-time and money since the promotion launched March.

Fire-technician Moses Simukanga was the second winner of K200,000 in the pre-paid service promotion less than a month after a subscriber walked away with the same. “I am both happy and anxious. As my plans, I am not going to stop work. I will use the money to build a house buy a small car and start school.” said Mr Simukanga. The telco has spent K553,728 in prices since the inception of ‘Yako ni Yako’.

“The winners portray it as a testimony of how big the service is and demonstrates that any customer who signs up stands a chance to win big with MTN Yako ni Yako.” said CEO Clement Asante.
