DISTREE Africa 2014 host the África Channel Academy:2014 Awards’ as part of a packed event agenda. Distributors, resellers and retailers operating in African ICT and consumer electronics (CE) channels will vote live to select their preferred technology brands across nine product categories.

The voting will take place on the very day.CEO at DISTREE Event, Farouk Hemraj siad: “During the ‘Africa Channel Academy: 2014 Awards’ Gala Dinner, hundreds of African channel partners will use a live electronic voting system to select the overall winners.”

 

In addition to vendor awards by product category, this year’s ceremony also includes six categories where the nominations are determined by a VIP Channel Jury of regional experts prior to the live vote. The VIP Jury will meet during DISTREE Africa to compile the list of nominated companies for each of the following categories:

B2C CHANNEL PERFORMANCE: Vendor of the Year

NEW ENTRANT: Vendor of the Year

VOLUME: Distributor of the Year

SPECIALIST: Distributor of the Year
