“If you are getting too many jobs, simply use the filters on the left to narrow down your choices. If you see a job you are interested in, simply click on the link for the job title. A new window will open and will direct you to the employer’s site where the job listing is posted. There you will find the directions for applying within the listing,” Karim says on the site.

Users can also create email job alerts so that they get all new vacancies that meet their search criteria. The site also has an advanced search to run for more specific searches on the site. For employers to use the site, they have to  register as employers then the firm will call them to verify the company information and take them through detailed methods on job listing. The firm then indexes the employers jobs then lists them for search on the site.
