Samsung electronics has launched the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The phone becomes the first metal smartphone made by the company.
The electronics giant says that the 4.7- inch screen smartphone is a new design model and customers should start embracing the metals as it is looking to make more metal smartphones in the future.
On the specs, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha 1,280×720-pixel resolution display, an octa- or quad-core processor (but this depends on where you live), 4G LTE, runs on the latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat software and a 12-megapixel camera.
The prices have not yet been determined, but what is clear is that the device will be in the UK market early in September. Availability in other markets is yet to be confirmed.
