Nigeria  is looking to have their Social Media Week (SMW) in Lagos and will take place from  23-27 February 2015. The theme will be ‘Upwardly Mobile: The Rise of A Connected Africa’.

The SMW Lagos 2015 theme sets the stage for thought provoking and insightful discussions on the impact of mobile across Africa and what a connected continent of 1 billion people means for the global economy and the world at large.

The format of the conference will be a mixture of keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking events/mixers that explore a wide range of topics including business, entertainment, education, technology and politics.

To be part of this major event that is looking to hold more than 25000 people, one has to ensure they make their submissions as from 8^th October and closes on 5^th December; the submission form should be completed with a succinct idea that matches the 2015 theme. It will only be able to offer space in Landmark Centre to those whose events are exceptional.
