South Africa’s QlikView Introduces Qlik Sense to Simplify Data Discovery

qlicksenseSouth Africa’s Business Intelligence software firm QlikView has launched Qlik Sense, a self-service data visualization and discovery application designed for individuals, groups and organizations which easily allows users to rapidly create visualizations, explore data deeply, reveal connections instantly, and see opportunities from every angle.

In a statement, Davide Hanan, the Managing Director of QlikView South Africa said: “This new direction forms the vanguard of Qlik’s total penetration of the organisation onto every desktop and device. Just as Qlik pioneered and leads the business discovery segment of BI, Qlik Sense will help define the market going forward and ensure Qlik’s continued leadership in a user-defined market.”

The firm says Qlik Sense puts powerful business intelligence tools to  users with its user-driven analytics, personalised reports and easy to use dashboards among others. Qlik Sense has  a data indexing engine to help uncover data dimensions, has a smart search module for users to easily find what they are looking for and as well allows users to explore multiple data sources for relaible views on any device.
