One Africa Media’s online car marketplace, cheki.com.ng Wednesday December 10th presented free signages to dealers in Ibadan as a sign of appreciation for loyalty towards the brand over the years. The Signages were presented by Cheki.com.ng Marketing Manager, Amara Njoku.
Cheki.com.ng also used the event to also hold a heart-to-heart session with the dealers and learn how to improve on their experience on the cheki.com.ng platform in a move focused on creating the best online car buying experience for the Nigerian market.
Assistant General Manager of cheki.com.ng, Mr Gabisiu Yusuf said, “cheki’s current focus is to give the visitors the best experience and cars to choose from, also to work with dealers and private sellers to sell their cars advertised on the website.”
Cheki.com.ng is an online car marketplace aiming at serving all leading Nigerian dealers, importers and private sellers with currently the largest share of the online car market with over 2,000 dealers on the platform, 80,000 current cars online and 7.4 million visits this year.
The event which witnessed the attendance of most of Ibadan car dealers had some of them testifying on how Cheki has contributed to the growth of their businesses and giving them a return on investment.
According to head of the Private Seller Department, Mr. Jude Okodo, the private seller department services individuals that have cars to sell but are not real dealers and do not have registered car lots are steadily growing on the site and this will ensure that everybody has a chance to sell off their vehicles online using the cheki.com.ng platform. The firm also held a question and answer session saw to address issues raised by the dealers.
