Online property site BuyRentKenya, launched in 2012 and Kenya’s biggest online property site in revenue and listings has revamped its platform to match other One Africa Media property sites Private Private in Nigeria and South Africa.
This move comes after the Nigeria’s Private Property shifted to the One Africa Media platform and BrighterMonday was revamped to align with the company’s new goals and launched in Rwanda.
According to sources close to BuyRentKenya, the firm has only shifted to a similar platform now but the stake is still the same. The move aims at simplifying property buying, selling or renting for everyone and as well align it with other property sites in the One Africa Media portfolio.
Just recently, BuyRentKenya was named the Internet marketing portal at the 2014 East Africa Property Award, recognizing its role as a player and leader in the success of real estate and infrastructure development.
In a statement that time, Buyrentkenya.com CEO Jamie Pujara said, “Looking towards 2015, we wish to build on what we have accomplished so far and continue to innovate and create more tools in helping property seekers find their ideal home and create more transparency and credibility in the market.”
BuyRentKenya.com aims to make the search for property in Kenya simple, beating all other players as the biggest in traffic, visitors, number agents listed, revenue and leads generated. With a backing from One
