Reportam has launched its Android Mobile App on Google Play to help users report bad customer service as well compliment great service in Nigeria.
The firm says the app provides a fast and easy way for consumers to view and report good and bad customer services in Nigeria and allows users to attach pictures, videos or other documents related to the report.
“The unique feature of this app is that it automatically prompts users to report good or bad service experiences after calling company numbers on their phone. For this to work, users will need to have the app installed on their phone and signed in,” the firm said in a statement.
Launched in October, Reportam says it has signed up all banks, telecoms operators and leading retail stores and is signing up more each day. The app expects to improve customer service received from companies in Nigeria by helping users field their compliments or complaints online.
