Head of parastatals who fail to implement the Government electronic procurement system have until next week to do so or risk losing their jobs.

The ultimatum was issued by president Uhuru Kenyatta who was speaking during the launch of the launch of the Integrated Population Registration System (IPRS) at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre.

“The heads of all government agencies who do not abide by that directive will be held individually accountable for their failure. This must happen,” he said.
