I don’t need a hotel room now, as am writing this from my bed and neither does any of my friends at the moment but something took me to Jovago and their new site and logo looks great.
This is what happens when a firm listens to and takes in feedback from its customer base. We need to do so too. The online hotel booking platform’s site has search as its centre of focus, fulfilling users search needs at a click.
One only needs to cue in their destination city, the check in dates, the check out dates and how many they are, adults or with kids then whoa, all the list of available hotels show up in the search results. Kudos guys!
This makes user experience as simple and uncomplicated as possible. The site is also neat and more hassle-free.
In a statement, Paul Midy – CEO of Jovago said: “This is a step in making our website and logo more professional, reliable and simple in line with our brand values… We are transforming from a nice childish start-up to an approachable and reliable company worthy of the trust our customers invest in us…”
The firm’s job is now to get more properties on the site and expand into more countries globally. The Logo is emphasised and clearly professional.
Jovago.com has offices in Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal and recently launched in Tanzania. As more and more Africans travel to do business around the continent, online hotel booking makes a lot of business sense.
