Most times, we all waste a minute or two calling customer support unsuccessfully. At times we spend money in airtime purchases trying to access customer care services. Though we try as hard, most times the customer support guys are just as busy making us to resort to social media thereby exposing our privacy.
A new smartphone chat app dubbed Hepva aims to help customers find answers on support information, inquires and anything else you can imagine.
Founded by Dayo Akinkuowo and Dotun John and set to launch in June 2015 Hepva aims to use technology to solve the customers problems across Nigeria one state by another.
“Hepva will find answers simply by messaging and connecting customer services of various businesses and utilities in one place. Businesses can use the data collected during chat sessions to analyse which service areas to improve on,” Dotun told TechMoran.
“We hope to reduce the dominance and dependence on calling customer support without answers. We believe Hepva has a lot of oppportunities in the emerging technology space which has shown that a lot can be achieved by messaging . We hope to help reduce this time wasted trying to get hold of customer care firms, saving both time and money.”
Hepva has a service for individuals and for companies.
