TechStars and YC-backed Codementor, a marketplace for on-demand one-to-one programming help and long-term mentorship from expert software developers has partnered with Andela, to mentor developers across Africa.
This deal will enable Andela team up its four-year Technical Leadership Program graduates entry-level developers will be paired with a seasoned Codementor programmer who will offer ongoing, on-the job mentorship as they start their careers.

Throughout the initial three months of a client engagement, Andela developers will be supported by Codementors, who provide daily technical advice and mentorship helping Andela to make an immediate contribution without slowing down the client’s more senior developers.
Launched in 2014, Andela is developing high-quality technology talent across the African continent that will power the growth of current and future tech-enabled businesses around the world.
