Ringier One Africa Media’s Cheki.co.ke,  a number one car website in Kenya has launched a WhatsApp broadcast line which will cater to the needs of their customers more efficiently.

The Cheki Car Club chat aims to enable their consumers to engage and interact about the ins and outs of cars, ownership, sales, maintenance. Everything car related right at their fingertips. The WhatsApp subscribers will be the first to receive alerts on new listings, services, deals and any new products on offer. With the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and being more responsive to its customers’ needs, you will now know what car is on offer, conveniently.

The WhatsApp line will help users know when news, offers and new listings come along. Users will also receive tips for all things cars through this channel to keep their cars in great shape. These alerts will be sent to susbscribers twice a week to ensure users stay updated.

The group chat will be launched on the 1st of January 2017.

Cheki Kenya allows car dealers, importers and private sellers post their cars for sale in Kenya. The site does not sell cars directly but rather offer a state-of-the-art advertising medium for users to buy and sell their cars, 4WDs, vans, bikes and trucks and other vehicles.

The platform also offers a one stop destination for all buyers of Japanese import cars to Kenya, by centrally hosting all the cars of many leading Japanese car dealers and importers to Kenya.
