At the same time, buyers can enrich their shopping experience by directly messaging the sellers and reviewing the shopping experience of other Jumia Market members through the ratings and comments.”
Set be rolled out in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, Ivory Coast and Cameroon, the new layout will allow Jumia Market to make some more revenue from the new section of featured top rated sellers who pay to have their items or profiles at the top.
The new layout will also feature a much simplified and direct link in which new sellers can start selling. To sign up more premium sellers, Jumia Market will showcase them and their top rated products visibly at the top section of the marketplace. The new design and the new green colour will help Jumia Market stand out from other Jumia brands.
