Flutterwave, a Nigerian Fintech Startup has been selected for Plug and Play, the largest startup accelerator programme in the world.
Flutterwave was chosen alongside South Africa’s Hepstar and over 170 other startups.
The summit will feature 9 different accelerator programmes which will run simultaneously. They include Brand and Retail, Food and Beverages, Health and Wellness, Internet of Things, New Materials and Packaging, Insurtech, Mobility, Travel and Hospitality, and Fintech.
Saeed Amidi, the CEO and founder of Plug and Play said: “We look forward to the arrival of brilliant minds to our headquarters. We foresee our corporate partners more involved than ever. The startups can expect to run more pilots, diversify their business offerings, and raise additional funding to build their dream.”
The startups will graduate between 6th and 8th June 2017 after 12 weeks of intensive trainings.
