Telecommunications giant, MTN, has partnered TD Mobile, a mobile device distributor, to unveil an ICE 2 smartphone designed for the Nigerian market.
According to the companies, the ICE 2 smartphone was one of many devices produced by Freetel, Japan’s biggest smartphone brand, and powered by Google’s latest Android operating system, Android 7.0.
According to a statement by MTN, the revolutionary ICE 2 comes fully equipped with the latest software and security updates including Google Play Protect, newly-developed software, which continuously works to keep one’s device, data and apps safe.
It added that the smartphone was pre-loaded with MTN’s latest apps including MTN Music Plus.
The telco company said, “Massive incentives await the first 200 subscribers to get Freetel ICE 2 devices. In addition, all customers who buy the device will enjoy double data bonus on every data bundle they buy for three months, courtesy of MTN.
