Workstyle Africa has launched to join the growing list of co-working spaces in Nairobi, Kenya in a move the firm says will enhance creativity and collaboration among businesses and individuals who want value for their money.
Workstyle Africa joins iHub, Nailab, Nairobi Garage, Mint Hub, the Twig, Hive Lab, the Foundry among others promising users a community feel and a modern design with state of the art work space.
According to Grace Wairimu, Workstyle Africa’s General Manager, “There are several work spaces in Nairobi and in fact, quite a number within Westlands location alone. What makes us exceptional is the culture that we intend to nurture here at Workstyle Africa. A culture that allows a budding entrepreneur to grow and thrive within a professional environment that allows for collaboration and community.”
Workstyle Africa says its prices as low as Ksh 1000 per day for individuals, a desk for two starting from Ksh 25,000 and a private office for eight starting at Ksh 35,000. Some of the companies already working there are in the financial, technology and new media startups and creatives as well as independent consultants, freelancers, and international clients who are in Nairobi temporarily.
Workstyle Africa’s amenities include a common lounge for social or informal meetings, separate from its two boardrooms for executive meetings, a co-working space for freelancers and seminar rooms for events and workshops. The hub also has a rooftop section for nighttime events.
With Nairobi up and running, Workstyle Africa plans to launch across Africa beginning with Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania then expand to Nigeria around early next year. Workstyle Africa is based in Westlands, Nairobi at the Pramukh Tower next to Stanchart Headquarters.
