Samsung to release refreshed Galaxy Buds to match the Galaxy Note 10

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is set to be revealed at Samsung Unpacked on August 7th. Four devices are rumored to be launched then and they include the regular Galaxy Note 10, a Galaxy Note 10+, and 5G models of both. Thanks to the internet we’ve all probably seen pictures of the alleged Note 10+ model and also seen 3D CAD renders of the regular model, along with photos of both devices in a new Aura color.

The South-Korean company is expected to introduce a brand new tablet, the Galaxy Tab S6, and a new set of accessories to go with its new flagship smartphone. The firm has just refreshed the Samsung Galaxy Buds line with a new “Aura Glow” color that matches photos we have already seen of the Galaxy Note 10.

Both the buds and the carrying case will have the same white-silver color to match the Galaxy Note 10.

New Samsung Galaxy Buds in “Aura Glow”

These headphones look a lot more like jewelry and less of headphones at first sight. They have a silver exterior and “Aura Glow” theme; which matches the “Hero” color of the Galaxy Note 10 and 10+.

These new earphones are actually visible on some of Samsung’s own regional websites like on the French Samsung website. This definitely suggests that the company is going for a quieter launch for these earbuds.

Admittedly you can only view them in some countries but can’t buy them yet from Samsung’s site.

The headphones are otherwise identical to the earpieces released earlier this year. They include the same wireless charging case and Bluetooth five support and retail at a similar price of €149.90. They even have the exact same model number as before but that doesn’t mean that Samsung isn’t working to improve the Buds behind the scenes. Some users have received an update pop up on their pairs fixing a few issues.

There’s also some good news for those of you who are not fans of wireless earphones, Samsung is also introducing new USB-C wired earphones with AKG branding. This is quite expected given that the Galaxy Note 10 is reported to no longer have a headphone jack.
