HMD Global launches Nokia 2.3 & Nokia C1 in Kenya

HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, has today announced the availability of the Nokia C1 and Nokia 2.3 in Kenya, a week after the global launch held in Cairo on 5th December.

The phones will be available in stores countrywide from next week at a recommended retail price of Ksh 5,999 and Ksh 12,300 respectively.

Our interest is the Nokia 2.3, which is targeted at the lower market segment looking for a durable and decent phone at an affordable price. The phone gives consumers access to two years of OS upgrades and three years of monthly security updates even in the affordable price tier. With the promise of two-day battery life, the Nokia 2.3 features a large 6.2” HD+ screen and is Android™ 10 ready.
