A Kenyan female actress has been accused of luring men on social media then robbing them afterwards.
The 28-year-old woman known as Mary Mukii Kioko is part of a criminal gang that has been luring men for sexual favours than robbing people with violence.
On September 22nd Mary and her gang were accused of robbing a victim of Sh453,000 violently with a knife.
One of the group’s victim was abducted from Langata and ended up in Imara Daima, all residential areas in Nairobi, Kenya. Another incident took place right outside Rio Hotel in Nairobi West where one of the suspects known as Catherine Mumbi Kivuva had lured a Turkish national, Bubak Amrullah.
The victim had been lured to Catherine’s place in Nairobi West but upon arrival Bubak did not find Catherine and decided to board a taxi outside Rio. When Bubak entered the cab two men entered with him and forced him to call his relatives to send him money.
The Turkish citizen was taken to Imara Daima where he was stripped naked and the kidnappers forced him to give them his ATM PIN number. The semi-nude woman forcefully hugged him as they took pictures and threatened to leak them before they tortured him until he revealed the ATM card PIN number.
