How to view the Alphabetical List of All Your iPhone Apps

Looking for an app, but you can’t remember the name? Using the app library feature of iOS 14 and above, it’s easy to search through a full alphabetical list of applications installed on your iPhone. Here’s how.

To find the App Library, go to your iPhone Home screen and swipe left as many times as you need to get to the App Library screen. This is always the last page with your home screen icons. Once you’re there, you’ll see groups of app icons organized by category automatically.

Swipe down from the center of the App Library screen to see an alphabetical list of games, or press the search bar at the top.

A new screen will appear that lists your apps sorted by the first letter of the name of each app.

You can swipe your finger up and down to search the list. Tap the app to start it. To add the app icon to your home screen, long-press the icon and move the icon to the desired location on your home screen.

If you want to quickly scroll through the app list, move your finger along the vertical letter index on the far-right side of the screen, and the list will quickly navigate to that location.

You may also type a search in a box at the top of the page, and the results will appear immediately below. If you tap the result, the app will be launched.
