Flutterwave Appoints Oluwabankole Falade As Chief Regulatory and Government Relations Officer

Flutterwave, an African based fintech company that provides a payment infrastructure for global merchants and payment service providers across the continent has appointed Oluwabankole Falade as its Chief Regulatory and Government Relations Officer. 

Falade is expected to offer strategic oversight and government relation strategies, while ensuring that the interest and needs of the business are aligned with that of the regulators.

Oluwagbenga Agboola, Flutterwave CEO said ,with Bankole joining our team, we believe he is well placed to strengthen our existing relationships as well as support us create new relationships.

He added that Bankole will play an instrumental role in supporting the company achieve the goal of creating endless possibilities for customers with key stakeholders in mind.” 

Prior to joining Flutterwave,Falade worked as the Director, Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations at IHS Towers, he also held various government and regulatory advisory positions at MTN where he worked for 10 years, and spent four years at VISA where he was responsible for managing all VISA interaction with key Government officials, Stakeholders and Regulators in Nigeria and key West African markets
