Galaxy Z Flip3 and  Galaxy Z Fold3 Leaked Data: They are Now rugged folding phones

The latest leak reveals the official brochures on Samsung’s next-generation foldable smartphones so that the devices can be seen in many images. At the same time, Samsung’s marketing focuses on rugged cases and camera features.

After all the technical data about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G recently surfaced, GizNext was able to publish the official brochures on the two smartphones before the official presentation of the two folding flagships on August 11, so it is already clear how Samsung will market the devices.

The Galaxy Z Fold3 5G focuses on the rugged case-both. The exterior display and the back of the device are protected from scratches by rugged Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. However, Samsung relies on the potentially less robust but more flexible Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) for folding production. Still, Samsung says that the material should be 80 percent more concentrated than before due to a new coating.

The 120 Hz fast, 7.6-inch central display supports a new S Pen. The selfie camera has been invisibly integrated into the display so that Samsung can do without a punch hole or notch. With an IPX8 certification, the Galaxy Z Fold3 is the first waterproof folding phone globally, while the aluminum case is more stable than ever. It is also exciting that One UI is further optimized for folding displays. Users can either use several apps simultaneously, or individual apps are better optimized for the large display.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G is much more compact and cheaper, but just as waterproof and scratch-resistant as the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, because Samsung relies on Gorilla Glass Victus on the outside, on Ultra-Thin Glass for the folding display, and on a more robust hinge that can be folded and folded 200,000 times.

The larger outdoor display with a diagonal of 1.9 inches can display the time or the weather, control music playback, or display incoming notifications. Practical: Since the primary camera sits next to the outdoor display, it can be used to take selfies, on the one hand, to achieve better image quality than with the selfie camera, and on the other hand to gain access to the ultra-wide-angle camera for group selfies.
