Samsung Galaxy M32: details of the 5G variant leaked before the launch

While the Samsung Galaxy M32 5G is not supposed to be presented until August 25, most of the details of the upcoming smartphone were leaked yesterday. However, users have to make some compromises compared to the LTE version to get 5G support.

After the successful launch of the Galaxy M32 in Africa, the 5G variant of the smartphone should soon be on the shelves in this country. The smartphone will be officially presented on August 25 in India, where there was already initial information on the device’s details from Samsung. For example, the 5G version will have the Dimensity 720 from MediaTek as a processor, slightly slower than the Helio G90 of the LTE variant.

Now a new leak has revealed that this will not be the only difference between the two versions. The 6.5-inch display of the 5G version with 1600 x 720 pixels will have a much lower resolution and a refresh rate of only 60 Hz. As for the memory equipment, customers will again have 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. As an operating system, the One UI 3.1 is preinstalled, which is based on Android 11.

If these specifications come faithful, many customers will have to think carefully about how vital 5G support and a smartphone from the Samsung brand are to them. Alternatively, there are now some Chinese manufacturers who offer more in the price segment.
