As part of its commitment to science and innovation, smartphone manufacturer Infinix has partnered with the Royal Observatory Greenwich in London.

Infinix’s groundbreaking new technology will also be used to bring the public closer to astronomy.

As part of the partnership, Infinix will hold an online workshop titled Infinix presents: See beyond on September 13th, 2021, at the UNESCO world heritage site of the Royal Observatory Greenwich. A panel of experts from astronomy and technology will convene for the workshop.

Skye Chen, Head of Infinix Global Public Relations, commented on the partnership, saying, “Infinix is proud to be on the list of donors to the Greenwich Observatory as a supporter of astronomy.” As an astronomy supporter, Infinix has maintained a true to heart brand spirit of empowering today’s youth in emerging markets to explore themselves, which has deeply resonated with space exploration and Greenwich’s philosophy in exploring astronomy.”

“We are very grateful for Infinix’s generous support and commitment to increasing access to astronomy,” said Lucy Cooke, Head of Development at Royal Museums Greenwich. The collaboration is a natural fit for both of our organizations, and we are excited that by working together, we will be able to provide more people with the opportunity to explore and experience the Moon and universe.”
