Oppo Reno6 5G System Cloner: Two smartphones sheltered as one

You might be surprised by how fast technology is growing, and so is the gadgets world, specifically mobile. At the moment, it is possible to access anything with just a tap on your device. However, when doing so, there are some aspects that you must take into considerations, for example like how safe is my personal information.

That is what precisely the Oppo reno 6 5G does. ColorOS v11.3 powers the smartphone, an overlay of Android 11 that upholds your privacy with the establishments of features such as hide apps, app lock, kid space, Private Safe, and finally, the system clone that sets two different passwords for two other systems hence providing tighter security for your data. To access the system clone in your Oppo Reno 6 5G;

  • Go to settings
  • Scroll to the Privacy bar
  • Tap on System cloner right below Private safe

To enable the system cloner, you will have to Tap on get started and Enter your Current unlock password for your primary device; remember that we are trying to have another version of your device, you will be prompted to silence notification when driving that’s is according to you but for me, it was fair enough to have it enabled

Go back and tap on next, now create a new password for the second device, you will be prompted to enrol fingerprint for the system clone, I would recommend you have enabled for better security on your device, and then Tapon enters system clone, To differentiate between the two in my case, I used the left thumb finger as the fingerprint for the primary system unlock and the right thumb finger as the fingerprint for the cloned system(second system) unlock.

After the formation of the second system, this doesn’t mean that all is well. Some actions would make your second system eye-catching, such as installing some applications that you might use and importing your Google accounts because the new system is no different from a new smartphone.

 Don’t worry if you are just about to ask how different the second system is from the primary system. The cloned system has not had much difference from the prior system except the phone messages and calls history.

In my case, I am using the two systems; for the primary system, I decided that I would use it for messaging, Entertainment, and social media purposes(in other words, for luxury). However, for the second system, I decided to use it as a channel that would help me to stay productive. In this part am using it for learning, following up on tech events, and taking essential calls. The journey, trust me, has been productive as I have been able to avoid several app distractions hence focused. To access either of the two, all you need is to unlock the smartphone with your preferred credentials; I use the left-hand thumb fingerprint for the primary system and the right-hand thumb fingerprint for the cloned system

So um, basically, with the help of the system clone, I am thinking of the Oppo Reno 6 5G as two smartphones in one, which has proven to be very beneficial for me, and I am sure it will work for you too. I am picking up significantly faster with the Oppo reno6 5G. As a reminder, the smartphone was launched at a starting price of KES 60,000 to succeed the reno 5 series in the local market. It might seem expensive at this segment, but in the end, you would appreciate the premium features it is giving you at that price. It is worth your money!
