The OnePlus 10: All details leaked before its formally launched

While we are still getting to know the OnePlus 10 Pro, the infamous OnLeaks has come with another bang, disclosing all of the OnePlus 10’s specifications.

On the other end, the Indian website Digit has produced a lengthy piece covering the technical details of OnePlus’s next smartphone in depth, breadth, and across the board. A few points, on the other hand, may frustrate some.

The OnePlus 10 is the natural successor to the OnePlus 9, introduced with the 9 Pro last year. However, the maker is rethinking its plans this year and will release the new smartphone later in the year.

Furthermore, OnePlus is still undecided on which SoC it will use in the OnePlus 10! According to OnLeaks, the company is debating whether to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (as seen in the OnePlus 10 Pro) or the MediaTek Dimensity 9000. We have not yet got the chance to test this high-end SoC.

Surprisingly, the OnePlus 10 is expected to include a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. The diagonal is the same as the Pro model. Last year, the company opted to provide a slightly smaller version of its traditional model (6.55 inches).

The OnePlus 10 will, of course, benefit from a 120 Hz refresh rate and an LTPO 2.0 display. It will have a maximum resolution of Full HD+ instead of QHD+ on the Pro model.

According to OnLeaks, the OnePlus 10 will be the brand’s first smartphone sans the Alert Slider, a well-known switch that has become practically associated with the company’s identity.

The phone will have 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal storage options. A 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro module will be used for the shot. There will be a 32-megapixel camera on the front. We see a significant drop in megapixels on the ultra-wide-angle, which had 50 last year.

On the other hand, it’s a point where the OnePlus 10 will, ironically, outperform the OnePlus 10 Pro. Its 4,800 mAh battery will be recharged at 150 W instead of 88 W like the Pro.It is still uncertain when this new smartphone will be released.
