The 2023 Cadillac Lyriq will be built at the Spring Hill, Tennessee factory where the Debut Editions were made. This is the same plant that General Motors (GM) – Cadillac’s parent company – invested $2 Billion to prepare it for electric vehicles’ production. GM and LG Energy Solution are also planning a $2.3 billion joint-venture battery plant nearby.
