Lenovo introduces five new models to its renowned Legion gaming laptop brand

Lenovo has introduced at least five gaming models laptops with two things in common: a clean, sophisticated design with a small chassis and a relatively strong technical data sheet for gaming usage.

Lenovo Legion 770i

To begin with, we have the Lenovo Legion 770i, the flagship model in this new line. The model quickly takes advantage of the 16-inch WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600) IPS LCD screen with a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, HDR400 support, and NVIDIA G-Sync for improved overall picture quality.

Under the hood, we discover the likes of the Core i7-12800HX CPU, 16 GB of 4,800 MHz DDR5 RAM, a 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD, and an NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti laptop graphics card. Everything is provided in a chassis that is 37% slimmer than its predecessor, weighs just 2.3 kg, has a maximum battery life of 11 hours, and has Windows 11 in 64-bit Home loaded natively.

The Goof thing is that this model is also available in a slim variant with an RTX 3060 and a Core i7-12700H, but with the same screen, RAM, and SSD. The battery’s maximum life has also been decreased to 9 hours. However, many who use the word “Slim” refer to a comparable design but a little bit lighter and slimmer than its more potent predecessor.

Lenovo Legion 570  variants

The other three variants, which all go by the designation 570, are conceptually more approachable but tragically less well-equipped. We quickly have the 570i Pro model, which still has a 16-inch WQXCA IPS panel, just like the 770i model. It also has  RTX 3050 Ti, a Core i7-12700H CPU, 16 GB of DDR5-4800 RAM, and a more modest 512 GB M.2 SSD. The battery life is down one hour from the Slim 770i.

Secondly, the 570 Pro model has essentially the same components as its sibling, the 570i Pro. Instead of an Intel CPU, he switches to a Ryzen 7 6800H, and his battery now has a maximum autonomy of 11 hours.

Finally, we have the most recent model, Lenovo Legion 570. The new Legion’s entry-level model must make do with a 15.6-inch FHD IPS screen (1,920 x 1,080). Additionally, it has a Ryzen 5 6600H and an RTX 3050 Ti, and its RAM and M.2 SSD specifications are on par with those of the other 570 versions. Its battery Life lasts for 5.8-hour.
