Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4

The Galaxy Z Flip 4  improvises a little from where the Galaxy Z flip 3 left off, making it the best smartphone that money can buy right now(“For the Wealthy”). For example, it is a little less thick when folded, as the manufacturer has improved its hinge design. With this model, you also do not need to worry about water coming into contact with the device, as it is the first folding smartphone to be IPX8 certified.

During the Livestreaming event, which was also streamed on this Website earlier, Samsung says they have improved resistance by 10% and used a Gorilla Victus + protective glass on the front and rear. The external display retains the same technical characteristics. With a size of 1.9′, it consists of a Super AMOLED panel displaying 260×512 pixels.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is available in four colors: Graphite, Blue, Rose Gold, and Lavender. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is available for pre-order today for delivery from August 11th to August 31st( In Kenya). It exists in three versions :

The model marks a welcome evolution rather than a revolution. Here is why it is a  little lower but more comprehensive than its predecessor (155.1 x 130.1 mm versus 158.2 x 128.1 mm), and secondly, it is less heavy (263 g versus 271 g).

Its main screen is built on a 7.6′ Dynamic Amoled 2x panel displaying 2176×1812 pixels. It has a 23.1: 9 ratio. It benefits from an adaptive refresh rate between 1 and 120 Hz depending on the application and a brightness of 1000 nits.

The external screen display technology is also the Dynamic AMOLED panel. It measures 6.2″ diagonally and displays 2316 x 904 pixels. The front camera is still hidden under the slab and becomes less visible than on Fold 3. There is also a hinge with the model, thus allowing IPX8 certification. Corning Victus + glass and Armor aluminum also increase the impact resistance by 10%.

Under the Hood of these prestigious models, we have a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC backed by  12 GB of RAM and 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB, depending on the model. On the software side, Android and OneUI are involved. Finally, the back camera consists of three modules: wide-angle (50 Mpxl), Ultra-wide-angle (12 Mpxl), and telephoto (10 Mpxl), the latter offering a 3x optical zoom.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is available for pre-order today for delivery from August 11th to August 31st( In Kenya). It exists in three versions :
