Leaked information on ‘Digital Chat Station’ has revealed some of the features to be expected in the upcoming Xiaomi 13 series. The specs include a new screen made of new technologies. The phone is to be among the first that will be powered by the future Snapdragon 8 Gen2.

The display will come with a 12-bit screen with 68.7 billion colors for HDR and Dolby Vision support. There will also be a filter for the light emitter that reduces blue lights to counter eye fatigue.  

The base model, Xiaomi 13 will have a 6.36 “Full HD + screen while the pro model would have a screen made of LTPO technology that is curved on all 4 sides with 6.7 ″. The phone will however share a central punch-hole and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

Xiaomi 13 Pro will be of AMOLED E6 by Samsung which gives it the ability of high-frequency PWM, as well as for the base model among the 2.160 Hz and 1.440 Hz. The displays of the series will also be thinner than the previous series.
