TESPOK  and Soliton Telmec to Sposnor the Connected Summit 2023

Soliton Telmec and TESPOK will sponsor the upcoming Connected Summit 2023 to highlight the growing collaboration between the private sector and the government to drive innovation and advance Kenya’s ICT industry.

Soliton Telmec, is a ICT solutions provider, specializes in the design, implementation, and management of ICT infrastructure, including networking, security, and data center solutions. TESPOK on the other hand is actively involved in operating and promoting the Kenya Internet Exchange Point (KIXP), a facility which keeps Kenyan Internet traffic in Local.

TESPOK on the other hand is actively involved in operating and promoting the Kenya Internet Exchange Point (KIXP), a facility which keeps Kenyan Internet traffic in Local.  The concept of Internet exchange points (IXPs) is built around interconnecting internet service providers (ISPs) at one point and Content delivery networks (CDNs)  by utilizing dynamic routing techniques, exchanging traffic destined for local services providers connected to the exchange point locally without utilizing the expensive international link capacity.

Currently offering 1G / 10G/ 100G ports sizes, KIXP is available at all Carrier Neutral Data centers in Kenya as at March 2023.

They join the summit to engage with and  influence ICT policy and regulations by engaging government at the relevant levels to address challenges faced by Technology stakeholders and provide guidance on resolution reccommendations.
