Go to the NTSA website, then select the E-Citizen Link by scrolling down to the left side of the screen.

This will take you to the eCitizen portal run by the NTSA, where you must log in. You will need to create an E-Citizen account if you don’t already have one.

After logging in, choose the tab for the National Transport and Safety Authority and click the “Make Application” button.

After selecting the change of Foreign License application, click the (+) symbol on the driving license application.

Complete the necessary fields, which include:

(a) Full names

(b) Vehicle classes that correspond to those on your international license

(c) Telephone Number

(e) Residential Address

(d) Email Address

(f) Postal Address

Once you have checked the details and are happy that the data you have provided is correct, click submit.

The process has an additional cost of Ksh 750. Payment instructions will appear online and be generated automatically. Mobile money and debit transfers are two payment methods.

You can download and print your paid invoice from the payments menu once you have made the payment and successfully submitted your application.
