Janngo Capital Invests in Morocco’s Recruitment Platform Jobzyn

Janngo Capital has invested in Morocco’s recruitment platform Jobzyn to transform recruitment in Africa and in the MENA region using AI.

Jobzyn uses automation, and artificial intelligence to deliver a next-generation recruitment experience for both talent and employers to ease the work of recruiters, who are often overwhelmed by a high volume of underqualified applications.

With its suite of artificial intelligence solutions, the platform connects direct candidates toward the right job offers, automatically identifying the most relevant profiles, and accurately assessing soft skills before the interview stage.

According to Simo Zizi, CEO & Co-founder of Jobzyn, “At Jobzyn, we are convinced that radical transparency and the effective use of technology can profoundly transform how talent and companies connect. With the support of Janngo Capital, we are accelerating our mission to make the job market more accessible, fair, and efficient across the entire continent.”

Jobzyn also enables candidates to access essential information such as employee video testimonials, management’s strategic vision, office photos, and salary information to ensure a stronger match between talent expectations and workplace environments, addressing the needs of new generations.

Janngo Capital says that the investment is to companies that make work more accessible, in particular for young people and women. Today, only 3 million jobs are created each year, whereas between 20 and 30 million will be needed by 2050 to absorb our demographic growth. In this context, Jobzyn addresses a crucial challenge of integrating women, who still represent only 20% of the formal workforce.

“We are proud to lead this funding round in Jobzyn, a platform that combines transparency, technology, and inclusion to transform access to employment in Africa. Entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful engines for creating decent economic opportunities at scale, and it lies at the heart of our mission at Janngo Capital,” said Fatoumata Bâ, Founder and Executive Chair of Janngo Capital.

The platform has already convinced major international names such as Deloitte, Glovo, and PwC, as well as leading local players including Maroc Telecom, Intelcia, Inwi, and TGCC.

Jobzyn has also deployed a white-label digital Career Centre solution for higher education institutions. Already adopted by prestigious schools such as INSEA, ESI, HEM, and HEC Rabat, this solution brings together all partner offers on a single platform for students, while tracking integration indicators such as employment rate and salary level at graduation. The integration of  young graduates is a major challenge in the region and requires a solution that involves training institutions.
