Co-Led by Ndaba Mandela and Teddy Warria, The Mandela Centennial Leaders Program (MCLP) is a landmark merit-based leadership program that will mark the 100th birthday of one of the greatest world leaders of the last century by recruiting, equipping, developing and cultivating the next 100 Mandela’s.

Why does this matter? Every year for the next three decades, 15-20 million increasingly well-educated young people are expected to join the African workforce. Employers across the region identify skills gaps as a major constraint to their ability compete in the global economy.
