TECNO says it has donated, and continues to support several sporting initiatives with its partnership with the Michael Essien Foundation the Ghana’s Fastest Human competition and the Weightlifters Association of Ghana. Apart from sports, TECNO also supports education in the country and was last year October part of the The Youth Empowerment Summit held at the University of Ghana, Legon campus. It also partnered with the Ghana Police Service during the launch of the Community Policing Unit and donated branded LCD flat screen television used as monitoring devices in the police control rooms. It has also worked with the Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) to support local musicians in the country.
