Samsung set for 16 April launch of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in Nairobi

 samsung-logoThe competitive Kenyan smart smartphone market is set to get two other devices, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 just a few weeks after the launch of the Obi mobiles.

To be launched in Nairobi on 16th April 2015, the new phone will among other features come with a mobile security solution, Trustonic for KNOX, presenting a powerful platform that has been advanced to have strong user authentication, single sign-on, secure tokenisation, and enhanced trust for mobile device management.

Ideal for governments and enterprises Trustonic for KNOX is embedded in Samsung’s new flagship Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge smartphones and will be made available across a selection of other existing Samsung Galaxy mobile devices via software updates.

Samsung’s Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge integrate the Trustonic Trusted User Interface, which simplifies user authentication by enabling simpler passwords, protects against attempts at click-jacking, and increases end user confidence that transaction approvals are genuine
