Samsung Expected To Unveil The Galaxy S20 Trio of Flagship Smartphones  

Samsung Galaxy S20+ finally revealed. Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S20 trio of flagship smartphones as well as a new foldable smartphone.

From the leaked pictures, the S20+  has  4 cameras, a flash, and a possible microphone hole. On the right side of the phone, there is a  volume rocker and a power button.

The front of the display shows us very small bezels. As well, there is an infinity-O display which is much less curved than before.

According to XDA Developers, the phone feels flat. In comparison, it is almost similar to the Pixel 2 XL.  Notably, Samsung appears to have opted for 2.5D glass instead of their usual curved glass.

The hole punch is centred and smaller than the Galaxy Note 10. Just like the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10, the Galaxy S20+ will come with a pre-installed screen protector.

Galaxy S20+ Pricing

The Galaxy S10 started at £799 and the Galaxy S10+ started at £899, with a smaller and cheaper device appearing in the form of the Galaxy S10e, available from £669.

Chances are, the S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra will range will be priced slightly higher than their predecessors.

This is because the S20 series have more design changes than the previous S10 generation.

Renders and photo leaks suggest that the camera module on the rear of the phone is going to get bigger rather than being minimalised for a bolder look.

Other rumours point towards a smaller punch hole front camera like that of the Note 10 series. However, it offers a streamlined look expected across all the different S20 models.

The Galaxy S2O devices are likely to offer dual-curved edge designs. the S20 will be approximately  6.2 inches, the S20+ with 6.7 inches and S20 Ultra with 6.9 inches respectively. The devices will also be supporting a 120Hz display.

There is a probability that the device will support a 108-megapixel sensor, along with support for 8K video recording and this is likely to be in the S20 Ultra.

Notable leakers as well reveal that Samsung is working on a periscope-like camera. The camera allows for 5x optical zoom possible destined for the S20 Ultra.

We expect to see vibrant colours, HDR10+ support and decent resolutions across the three handsets, especially in the case if the Galaxy S20+ and S20 Ultra.

The S20 and the S20+ are likely to use a new 1.8µm 12-megapixel sensor. It aswell doesn’t have the resolution of the 108-megapixel unit. Nevertheless, it will have a much larger area to absorb light.

lastly, there is a likelihood that the Samsung Galaxy S20 devices will run on either the latest Exynos chipset, the Exynos 990, or the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865.  They might have microSD support, a number of storage options, and a healthy dose of RAM – which could be as much as 12GB across the three devices. devices.
