Xiaomi 12: New Renditions reveal triple camera configuration once more

Following the spotlight on the Xiaomi 12 Ultra with a possible massive ring camera spilt on the web in the just concluded week, amusing images of the alleged Xiaomi 12 series are now taking up another round of talks about the smartphone.

The manufacturer is expected to unveil three new smartphone flagships based on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 on December 28. The expected models are also expected to mark the next major MIUI (MIUI 13) release for various Xiaomi models.

Several images of alleged protective covers for the Xiaomi 12 series have surfaced in recent days, with the one for the Xiaomi 12 Ultra appearing to be particularly implausible to many observers.

However, with the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro, there appears to be some continuity in terms of design leaks. All of them, including recent photos, hints at a triple camera design with a huge primary camera on the top left and two smaller sidekick sensors below, along with an LED flash and another sensor field.
